When you submit a custom-order inquiry, the information you provide—including your name, email address, optional phone number, product selection, preferences, quantity and notes—is sent to Lumick Candles by email so we can respond. Product selections and notes may be kept in your browser session storage to carry them from a product page to the inquiry form. The website does not use your inquiry details for analytics or retain the inquiry in an order database. Rate limiting uses a keyed, one-way hash of the connecting IP address and request timestamps in the server's temporary directory; it does not store the IP address or inquiry contents. Email providers may process or retain messages according to their own policies. Submitting an inquiry does not place or confirm an order.
